We launched this heartfelt venture in memory of our 12 year old daughter Maddy, our brave fighter who adored charcuterie and dreamed of owning a restaurant. She passed away in 2020 after a 6 year battle with pediatric cancer.

Our purpose? Creating beautiful food art with the finest ingredients, ensuring extraordinary customer service and honoring all families who have been touched by pediatric cancer in some way. Thanks for being part of our story—we couldn’t do it without you!

This is our vow.
We will never stop fighting for kids like Maddy.

Only 4% of federal funding goes toward childhood cancer research. Just 4%.
Our children deserve more—so much more.

That’s why every purchase you make helps fuel something far greater. A portion of every sale is donated to Unravel, a nonprofit driving innovative research for pediatric cancer. These donations are made in Maddy’s memory—because this mission was hers, too.
